OBJECTS FOR THE CAPSULE.

Desert's rose: On XVIII century, British went to Africa and hunted a lot of native people.
A lot of slaves went from Africa to South Carolina and they went with typical objects from Africa.
One of those objects is Desert's rose, a type of desert's sandy, very typical in Africa.

Tobacco: The slaves produced tobacco in South Carolina plantations. They grow tobacco and then they send to other American comunities, but also keep some tobacco for private use.


Hoe: The main task of slaves were works the field by a lot of hours.


Thread: The girls used the thread of different animals like sheeo or goat for sew.
They made their clothes and the clothes of the family with that thread and other differents objects.

  1. This is not exactly the kind of work you were required to do. There are many things missing: the banner, the introduction to the time captsule according to your role and the images of the objects. Besides, some texts explanations are too short.
